The type rating - conversion course is suitable for the pilot who is aiming directly for his initial
position as an airline Captain or First Officer on A340 family aircraft.

Prerequisites:

• Valid and current ATPL / CPL IR with ME / IR
• ATPL (written exam)

Type rating course comprises: Crew set of 2 pilots

• Ground school—CBT & CPT [ Cockpit procedure training ]
• Performance, FMGS training
• Normal / Abnormal training sessions ..........28 hrs. Simulator
• Line oriented flight training (LOFT) .............04 hrs. Simulator
• Skill test .....................................................04 hrs. Simulator
• Complete set of manuals hard and soft (DVD) copy of FCOM, FCTM and Q R H
